Each year, the Kiwanis Club of Fallbrook participates in Safe Halloween, a service project that provides "treats" to community youngsters in a safe environment.  This year's event took place at the Fallbrook Community Center.  President Cathy Kerley, assisted by Kiwanians,  members of the Fallbrook High School Key Club, and members of the Potter Junior High School Builders Club dispensed candy to princesses, angels, witches, goblins, and more... ha ha ha... he he he...!  Check out what fun they had by viewing the pictures.
